When asked what she likes best about Girl Scouts, Michelle responded, “The girls, volunteers, staff, atmosphere, positive voice, the chance for me to grow as an individual. The stronger bond I have with my daughter. The opportunity to connect with girls who may not get that at home, the knowledge that even, if in a small teeny-tiny way I made an impact on a girl. The chance to be part of something that has nothing to do with me, but everything to do with everything. The friendships I’ve made. The community outreach. I could keep going on and on – I LOVE GIRL SCOUTS!!! (I’m addicted) I wasn’t a Girl Scout as a child, so I get to relive my childhood.”
