Welcome to the new site!

Council & National Events,GSMW Blog — Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming @ 5:54 pm

It is with great excitement that Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming unveils its new website. We encourage you to explore the site and the new features we’ve implemented, including a calendar featuring all council-sponsored events throughout Montana and Wyoming, a photo gallery page featuring images from the recent annual meeting, Girl Scout camps at Camp Sacajawea and Timbercrest Camp, and more!

The center of what we do is the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, a program that every Girl Scout engages in from the youngest Girl Scout Daisy to the eldest Girl Scout Ambassador. The journey begins with the Girl Scout environment itself. A girl’s leadership blooms among other girls—away from school pressures, social cliques, and boys—where she can be herself and try new things.

Among Girl Scouts, activities are girl-led. Girls learns by doing, and this new website will help the council communicate opportunities for girls of all ages to participate in opportunities as varied as the world—so girls can “try on” different leadership roles and grow into the ones that fit them best.

We’d love to hear your feedback. Please comment below with your thoughts about our new site.
