Troop Management-Anaconda (Adults)

The Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) engages girls in discovering themselves, connecting with others, and taking action to make the world a better place. It is the model for everything girls do in Girl Scouting. The GSLE is based on a definition of leadership that girls understand and believe in: a leader, girls say, is defined not only be the qualities and skills one has, but by how those qualities and skills are used to make a difference in the world. The Troop Management course provides information to help you, to help your girls develop leadership skills, it includes an overview of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, and teaches how to effectively partner with your girls to make their plans and goals a reality while giving you useful information on how to manage your troop.

After completing this training, you will receive a coupon redeemable for a volunteer pin representing the grade level you work with.

This event is open to adults.

Register for a program
Program registration deadlines are extremely important for our council.

Knowing the number of girls attending our programs in advance helps us:
  • Determine the number of adults to meet the girl/adult ratio.
  • Allow time to order materials and badges needed.
  • Decide if registration numbers meet the minimum required to hold the program.
  • Have time to mail confirmation letters or cancellation letters.

Visit our FAQs page for information on refunds and other policies.
