The Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) engages girls in discovering themselves, connecting with others, and taking action to make the world a better place. It is the model for everything girls do in Girl Scouting. The GSKE is based on a definition of leadership that girls understand and believe in: a leader, girls say, is defined not only by the qualities and skills one has, but by how those qualities and skills are used to make a difference in the world. The Troop Management course provides information to help you , help your girls develop leadership skills, it includes an overview of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, and teaches how to effectively partner with your girls to make their plans & goals a reality while giving you a good information on how to manage your troop.
