Girls for a Change-Bozeman (Grades 8-12)

The 9th Annual Girls for a Change conference, 'Operation Innovation,' is planned for Saturday, February 9, 2013, at Montana State University in Bozeman.

Join Girls for a Change, a project of Thrive, in a day complete with workshops, creativity, and exploration with a special presentation by Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming. Please note that girls do not register through the Girl Scout council.

Participate in one of three 'think tanks' where your personal strengths, creativity and future aspirations are explored. Choose to move your body in new ways with yoga, self-defense, or boxing. Take action with environmental issues in workshops on sustainability, recycling, or your foodprint. Look a little deeper into yourself and what's important to you. The sky's the limit! Come see for yourself and bring a friend!

This event is open to girls in grades 8-12 and supervising adults.
