Take the Stage!-Jackson Hole (Grades 2-8)

Take the stage and shine like a star! In this unique experience girls will have the wonderful opportunity to get a back stage pass into the world of the performing arts. Unleash your own bright star on the stage. Girls will visit three different departments that are key in a final production: acting, dancing, and mask-making!

Acting/Improv: The ability to go with the flow is very important in acting! Learn the basics of Improv & collaboration with one of Off Square's resident actors.

Dance: An instructor from Dancers' Workshop will teach the basics of movement and teach the girls a piece of choreography to a Broadway show tune!

Mask Making: Whether performing in a play or just getting ready for Halloween, create your very own masks with the Art Association of Jackson Hole to highlight your inner muse!

At the end of the day Girl Scouts are invited to watch an original performance of the best works of Shakespeare featuring local professionals and actors from NYC, free of charge! Unleash your inner star and sign up soon for this exciting opportunity for girls. Space is limited.

This event ties into the It's Your Story - Tell It! Journey books.

Supervising adults are asked to register also.

Girls will need to bring their own lunch.

This event is open to girls in grades 2-8 and supervising adults.

Program registration deadlines are extremely important for our council.

Knowing the number of girls attending our programs in advance helps us:
  • Determine the number of adults to meet the girl/adult ratio.
  • Allow time to order materials and badges needed.
  • Decide if registration numbers meet the minimum required to hold the program.
  • Have time to mail confirmation letters or cancellation letters.

Visit our FAQs page for information on refunds and other policies.
