Collage Arts at the Square-Great Falls (Grades 4-10)
Get ready to see the creative possibility in everyday objects: Learn a variety of collage techniques make art as unique as you are! Traditional and experimental techniques will be covered in a fun and friendly atmosphere!
Join your fellow Girl Scouts at the Square for a fun afternoon of collage! Explore collage with a stroll through the Square, and then learn about creating collages with a variety of materials and techniques. Learn about the color wheel and how to use color in your art. Finally, create a collage with special meaning to you. No matter what you do with your collage, there won't be another just like it in the world. Everything, from the materials you choose to how they are assembled, is up to you.
'Recruit a Friend:' Girls can make this event even more memorable by bringing their best NON-Girl Scout friends too! Show them how much fun they can have as a Girl Scout and share this wonderful experience together! Earn a 'Recruit a Friend' patch for each new Girl Scout. Contact Jess or Kali Jean at 800-736-5243 to take advantage of the Girl Scout membership offer prior to the registration deadline. The friend will need to register with GSMW and pay the program fee by the registration deadline in order to participate.
