Journey Jamboree-Kalispell (Grades K-5)
Enjoy this special night for Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, and adults. Participate in all-new, creative activities that will help you all kick-off your Girl Scout Journeys adventures. We'll have a pizza dinner, too, to celebrate the new season of Scouting! We have completely different activities and a whole new approach to introducing our leadership Journeys to adults and girls. Adults are welcome to attend, and all should prepare to take part in the activities and learn about the benefits of Journeys.
Girls will experience the fun science, art, and team-building activities based on our three Journeys: 'It's Your World -- Change It!,' 'It's Your Planet -- Love It!,' and 'It's Your Story -- Tell It!' Each girl will participate in activities from their age group's Journeys and take steps toward earning their awards.
If you have a Journey activity you would like to share, please contact Sarah at 1.800.736.5243 x2306. We would love your enthusiasm and help facilitating Journeys activities. Please consider volunteering to help make this event a success - your admittance to the jamboree will be free, so there's no need to register! Adults can add to this experience by registering for the Joy in the Journey leader training - keep an eye out.
'Recruit a Friend:' Make this event even more memorable by bringing your best NON-Girl Scout friends too! Show them how much fun you can have as a Scout and share this wonderful experience together. Earn a 'Recruit a Friend' patch for each new Girl Scout you bring! Sign up soon so you don't miss out on the fun! Friends will need to register with GSUSA for $15 and then sign up for the program. Sign up soon so you don't miss out on the fun!
Price includes pizza, drinks, and activities including take-home crafts.
