Junior Barista-Cheyenne (Grades 4-12)

Lattes, Mochas, Cappuccinos and more! Join us at Paramount Cafe where you will learn to be a Junior Barista, including how to whip up amazing drinks and what makes a Mocha different from a Latte. A good cup of 'Joe' can be hard to find, but not anymore. Girls will learn the 'art of coffee', including the science behind roasting beans to create a palate of flavors. Girls will also talk about the different ways to make coffee and how each way changes the flavor of the coffee. Where do all of the beans come from? Register for this event and find out!

Have you ever dreamed about owning your own business?  The owner and manager of Paramount Cafe will show you not only the ins and outs of coffee brewing, but also the fun and exciting job of operating your own business.

Girls will operate the espresso machines while learning how to create signature drinks: Lattes, Breves, and Cappuccinos. In addition to these drinks, Paramount has many unique blends and flavors only found in Cheyenne's very own coffee shop. Each girl will be able to enjoy a beverage (iced or hot).

Not a Girl Scout? Not a problem! Register today and you too can sign up for this exciting opportunity.

This event is open to girls in grades 4-12 and supervising adults.

Register for a program
Program registration deadlines are extremely important for our council.

Knowing the number of girls attending our programs in advance helps us:
  • Determine the number of adults to meet the girl/adult ratio.
  • Allow time to order materials and badges needed.
  • Have knowledge to decide if there are enough girls to hold the program.
  • Have time to mail confirmation letters or cancellation letters.

Visit our FAQs page for information on refunds and other policies.
