Great Falls Girls Golf Program-Great Falls (Grades 2-12)
Great Falls Parks and Recreation and Girl Scouts are working together once again to bring you a two-week Girls Golf Program. This program will provide an opportunity for girls ages 7 to 17 to learn to play golf or increase golf skills, build lasting friendships, and experience competition in a fun, supportive environment; preparing them for a lifetime of enjoyment with the game.
Girls Golf will provide a solid instructional foundation for girls who want to:
*Increase existing golf skills
*Get hands-on help from an LPGA professional
*Play for fun with friends and family
*Learn for a future career in business
*Compete at high school, college, and/or local, state and national levels
*Learn a sport that you can play for a lifetime
Parental help is encouraged and appreciated! Parents who are not golfers are encouraged to stay and help with supervision of girls on the course. Golf clubs will be provided to the girls if needed and there are scholarships available for the program fees.
The program will run Monday through Friday from July 7-11 and July 14-18. Please note that the program will end on July 18th at NOON.
Please note that the Girl Scout program registration form and online registrations through Girl Scouts are not available for this golf series. All registrations will go through the City of Great Falls Parks and Recreation Department.
