Highest Awards Celebration-Helena (Grades K-12)
A special recognition ceremony will be held at the capitol building in Helena, Montana on May 28 to honor and recognize all girls from Montana and Wyoming who have earned their Bronze, Silver or Gold Awards from May 17, 2013 to May 9, 2014. Come and celebrate your achievements with other girls throughout the council and enjoy a special celebration in your honor.
All award paperwork must be submitted to the Girl Scouts of Montana no later than May 9 in order to be included at this ceremony. Anyone turning in paperwork later than this will not be included in the program flyer. Please note that the Gold Award final projects must also be approved by this date so girls need to allow time for this process and will want to get their paperwork turned in before this deadline.
Girls should plan to wear their Girl Scout uniforms to the ceremony.
This event is coordinated by volunteers in Helena who will be providing refreshments for all.
Adults who are planning to attend should also register for this event so we know how many people to expect.
A Highest Awards Ceremony will also be taking place at the capitol in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The date will be determined soon.
Celebrate your accomplishments with other Girl Scouts and their families!
This event is open to girls in grades K-12, supervising adults, friends and family.
