Night at the Museum-Cheyenne (Grades 5-12)

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to spend the night in a museum? Come and join us for a night of robots, animation, and fun as we learn and design our own video showcase!

We will spend the night with the STARBASE Team designing our own animation projects, experimenting with robots, and learn how to program them to accomplish tasks. We will take a tour of the haunted armory. All while documenting our experience on film and making a video of what we accomplish.

Girls will eat dinner in the armory before embarking on our first adventure, earning their robotics fun patch along the way. And the whole event will wrap up with a red carpet extravaganza where every girl can strut her stuff and show us their videos from the event during an awards ceremony!

Be sure to bring your own flash drive if you would like to take your video projects home with you. Girls MUST be in 5th grade or higher to attend.

Bring your friends and come join us for an amazing night of fun, challenges, and adventure. And maybe even find your own story for what goes 'bump' in the night. We look forward to seeing you there!

This event is open to girls in grades 5-12 and supervising adults.

Register for a program
Program registration deadlines are extremely important for our council.

Knowing the number of girls attending our programs in advance helps us:
  • Determine the number of adults to meet the girl/adult ratio.
  • Allow time to order materials and badges needed.
  • Decide if registration numbers meet the minimum required to hold the program.
  • Have time to mail confirmation letters or cancellation letters.

Visit our FAQs page for information on refunds and other policies.
