Yogalaxin' for Teens-Sheridan (Grades 6-12)
Are you looking for something new? Here is your chance! Yoga is not just something for flexibility, but a great exercise to build strength and stamina, to reduce stress and anxiety, and to improve focus.
Dona from Santosha Yoga in Sheridan will lead participants through both energetic movements and calming stretches in this hour-long class.
Yoga is a great way to try something new, and is sure to engage all participants, no matter what their strength or flexibility levels may be, so it is a perfect class for those who have never tried yoga before. This fun and exciting class will be a great way to learn new skills and maybe even find a new interest.
Mats will be provided. All you need to bring is a fun attitude and a water bottle. We look forward to seeing you on the mats!
This event is open to girls in grades 6-12 and supervising adults.
