Dino Dig-Bynum (Grades K - 12)
Ready to be a Paleontologist? This program is one of a kind! Everyone will be a part of the discussion while being driven out to an active area where girls will walk out onto the site, be involved in hands on touching of dinosaur bones, and learn how to find them! In this 3 1/2 hour program, you will make memories that will last a lifetime!
This Dino Dig program is conducted as part of Two Medicine Dinosaur Center's Research and on active search sites. Your guides have over 50 years of experience in paleontology and at this site, they conduct the largest variety and the only daily scientific dig programs which are available to the public in Montana.
It's a short drive from Choteau, Montana. This is a program that even parents will want to be a part of! Parents, you will be right alongside of your Girl Scout having an experience of a lifetime if you choose to register!
Girls need to wear weather appropriate clothing, bring a water bottle, and have sunscreen and bug spray available. They will want to bring a camera or a phone that can take pictures.
A dinosaur discovery fun patch and a snack will be provided with this program.
Not a Girl Scout? Not a problem! 'Recruit a Friend:' Girls can make this event even more memorable by bringing their best NON-Girl Scout friends too! Show them how much fun they can have as a Girl Scout and share this wonderful experience together! Earn a 'Recruit a Friend' patch for each new Girl Scout. Contact Kande at 800-736-5243 to take advantage of the Girl Scout membership offer prior to the registration deadline.
