Troop Management-Cheyenne (Adults)
The Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) engages girls in discovering themselves, connecting with others, and taking action to make the world a better place. It is the model for everything girls do in Girl Scouting. The GSLE is based on a definition of leadership that girls understand and believe in: a leader, girls say, is defined not only by the qualities and skills one has, but by how those qualities and skills are used to make a difference in the world. The Troop Management course provides information to help you, help your girls develop leadership skills, it includes an overview of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, and teaches how to effectively partner with your girls to make their plans & goals a reality while giving you good information on how to manage your troop.
You will receive the grade level volunteer pin of your choice for completing this training. When you register, please indicate which grade level you would like.
This event is open to adults.
